MR Cloud has been providing IT support to companies in Hampshire and the surrounding areas since 2001.  We provide everything that a small to medium business or organisation will require for the operation of its computer systems.  Our services include: instant telephone help desk services; dial in support; on-site engineering services; IT hardware and software supply; IT installations; managed services such as managed backup, managed virus protection, managed spam protection and remote server monitoring.

We also provide software support including; database management and support, custom software programs, tablet App development and legacy software support. If you need assistance with the support of your IT systems, we’re here to help.

Support availability

Daytime support covers between 8:30am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Out-of-ours support covers between 5:30pm and 1:30am. Technical support for hosted services such as we hosting or virtual servers is available 24/7.

On-site visits

There are things that we can’t do remotely and on these occasions you’ll need someone to take a look. Or you may just want to see a technician every so often to discuss options, upgrades, IT strategies, or anything you like!

Extended helpdesk service

If the standard hours of service don’t cover the hours that you want us to be available, we offer extended hours of support using and cost is easily managed with pay-as-you-go.


If you have someone in your office or nearby who is technically competent and can be guided through what to do by our remote helpdesk, or you would rather take your chances because your equipment hardly ever goes wrong, then our standard option should be fine for you.

Regular visits

This allows you to borrow one of our technicians for a whole day and they’ll fix anything that needs fixing, and do anything else they can to make their daily computing easier and less stressful. If you’re on a monthly or quarterly subscription, the total cost can be spread across your regular payments. With regular visits, should an emergency arise then one of the scheduled visits can be cashed in.
